• Easy Collaboration: Wand Notes makes it simple to interact via in-app contextual communications while managing all aspects of the contingent workforce lifecycle — including requisitions, engagements and onboarding.
• Timely Alerts: In-app notifications and emails (in digest or real-time format) alert users of the latest comments to Notes. These notifications help ensure that users stay abreast of their latest contingent workforce developments, allowing them to respond in a timely fashion.
• Notification Customization: Wand Notes & Notifications makes it easy for individuals to specify the general areas (e.g., requisitions, engagements, etc.) they receive notifications about. They can even “mute” notifications for specific Notes directly within the Notes interface.

With a simple click, users can view previous comments related to specific tasks and easily add their own comment. The robust functionality includes the ability to quickly search for comments with specific keywords.

“Power users” can also add category tags to comments, further facilitating easy tracking and communication. The result is seamless communication between all parties in the engagement lifecycle that helps ensure an efficient, successful contingent workforce management program.
