Jim brings over 25 years of industry experience to Magnit Global. In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer, he guided the company’s operational transformation to enhance the customer experience through the evolution of Magnit’s Integrated Workforce Management platform. During his career, Jim has driven operational efficiency and created innovative delivery solutions while leading organizations through significant change management to obtain those results. He has extensive experience in the staffing and human capital industries, with increasing executive responsibilities at ADP and then Kelly Services, where he advanced to Chief Administrative Officer.

Amy Bush leads Magnit's Global Client Services organization.

Amy is a strategic leader known for turning market insight into lasting business value for Fortune 100 and global organizations. She joins Magnit from Kelly OCG, where she led the merger of KellyOCG, RocketPower, and Sevenstep, unifying operating models and technology stacks to deliver agile, client-focused solutions for large enterprises. Her focus on scalable solutions and governance drove historic EBITA growth, workforce agility, client satisfaction, and industry-leading internal mobility.

In her role, Amy is shaping the next chapter of Magnit's client service model ensuring delivery stays closely aligned with clients' evolving business goals. She brings together client-centric strategies and operational rigor to enable both Magnit's clients and its teams to thrive as market needs shift across the industries and regions Magnit serves.

Rudy Gonzalez brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience to Magnit Global, having served as CFO at companies including CROSSMARK Inc, Amphora, and Strategic CFO LLC. Throughout his executive career across a range of industries, Rudy has developed deep expertise in corporate accounting, FP&A, budgeting, liquidity, debt management, strategic execution, process improvement, and turnaround management. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Ansira, where he oversaw the finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury, international compliance, and legal functions across the full enterprise. During his tenure, he co-led Ansira for two years with a dual-role as COO.  Rudy has a proven track record of driving growth, enhancing operational performance, and delivering strategic results.

Alan oversees Product, Engineering, Data, IT Systems, and Cybersecurity at Magnit Global, driving integrated, secure, and agile technology capabilities that empower both clients and the organization. With more than 25 years of experience leading product, data, AI, and infrastructure strategies for global enterprises, he has a proven track record of delivering transformative innovation at scale. Alan’s career encompasses building high-performing, people-focused teams, optimizing multi-billion-dollar operations, and implementing AI-powered automation that elevates performance and accelerates growth. Whether building innovative products, modernizing IT operations, enhancing developer experience, or launching next-generation AI platforms, Alan thrives at the intersection of innovation, execution, and measurable impact.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Alex leads Corporate and Product Marketing at Magnit Global, elevating the company’s brand, sharpening its value proposition, and delivering a customer-centric brand story that resonates across the industry. With two decades of marketing leadership spanning consumer tech and B2B sectors, he has demonstrated excellence in fueling growth through data-driven insights and innovative go-to-market strategies. Passionate about building high-performing, collaborative teams, Alex empowers his people to deliver measurable impact, forge authentic brand-to-customer connections, and craft customer journeys that are both distinctive and unforgettable.

Rachel Moniz is Chief Human Resources Officer with over 25 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies on people strategy, talent acquisition, total rewards, and workforce management. She brings deep expertise in building and scaling HR organizations that support complex, global businesses and enable sustainable growth.

Rachel is known for aligning people strategy with business priorities and for leading organizations through change, transformation, and scale. Her background spans both enterprise HR leadership and commercial experience, giving her a well‑rounded perspective on supporting leaders, teams, and global workforces. She holds a B.A. from Santa Clara University and a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law.

As General Counsel, Phoebe leads Magnit Global's global legal and compliance functions, providing strategic oversight and direction to the contracts, operational compliance, privacy and data protection, and contractor compliance services teams. Phoebe brings deep expertise as a labor and employment litigator, with a career built on navigating complex domestic and international compliance landscapes. She ensures the organization operates with integrity, mitigates risk, and remains agile in an evolving regulatory environment.
