Chandra Dhandapani is Chief Executive Officer of Magnit Global. With 20+ years of executive experience, she has a proven track record of driving profitable growth and leading digital transformation in two different industries. Most recently, Dhandapani served as CEO of Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) at CBRE, the world’s largest real estate services and investment firm, where she led delivery of services to clients across a wide range of sectors including technology, healthcare, and financial services. She was appointed as CBRE’s first Digital & Technology Officer in 2016 and led a comprehensive digital transformation, elevating the company to a leadership role in innovation and technology.  She also served as Chief Transformation Officer where she led several corporate functions including Procurement and Human Resources globally, supporting 105,000 employees. Prior to joining CBRE, Dhandapani held various leadership roles at Capital One including CIO and Head of Digital Transformation for the Financial Services Division.

Maria has a proven track record of success in the healthcare community with more than a decade of leadership in consulting and services. Throughout her career, Maria has been instrumental in the development, oversight, direction and leadership for complex, large-scale professional services projects, teams, departments and divisions for inpatient and ambulatory solutions. Maria's experiences in Practice Optimization, Revenue Cycle Management, Coding/Denial Management, Strategic Planning, Electronic Health Records Implementation and Change Management play a crucial role as she oversees RightSourcing's Operations team.

Penny Queller joined Magnit Global in 2025 and serves as Chief Growth Officer. She is an accomplished executive with a track record of transforming underperforming global organizations into high-growth,customer-centric enterprises. With her client-first leadership approach, she is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals and creating lasting stakeholder value. Prior to joining Magnit, Penny was CEO at The Mom Project and brings 30+ years of industry experience across various capacities at companies such as Impellam Group, Randstad, Bartech and other firms.  

As the Chief Operating Officer, Jim leads Magnit Global's centralized operations, IT and transformation organizations. In his role, he is guiding the company’s operational transformation to enhance the customer experience as Magnit’s Integrated Workforce Management platform evolves. During his career, Jim has driven operational efficiency and created innovative delivery solutions while leading organizations through significant change management to obtain those results. He has extensive experience in the staffing and human capital industries, with increasing executive responsibilities at ADP and then Kelly Services, where he advanced to Chief Administrative Officer.

Rudy Gonzalez brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience to Magnit Global, having served as CFO at companies including CROSSMARK Inc, Amphora, and Strategic CFO LLC. Throughout his executive career across a range of industries, Rudy has developed deep expertise in corporate accounting, FP&A, budgeting, liquidity, debt management, strategic execution, process improvement, and turnaround management. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Ansira, where he oversaw the finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury, international compliance, and legal functions across the full enterprise. During his tenure, he co-led Ansira for two years with a dual-role as COO.  Rudy has a proven track record of driving growth, enhancing operational performance, and delivering strategic results.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Alex leads Corporate and Product Marketing at Magnit Global, elevating the company’s brand, sharpening its value proposition, and delivering a customer-centric brand story that resonates across the industry. With two decades of marketing leadership spanning consumer tech and B2B sectors, he has demonstrated excellence in fueling growth through data-driven insights and innovative go-to-market strategies. Passionate about building high-performing, collaborative teams, Alex empowers his people to deliver measurable impact, forge authentic brand-to-customer connections, and craft customer journeys that are both distinctive and unforgettable.

Alan oversees Product, Engineering, Data, IT Systems, and Cybersecurity at Magnit Global, driving integrated, secure, and agile technology capabilities that empower both clients and the organization. With more than 25 years of experience leading product, data, AI, and infrastructure strategies for global enterprises, he has a proven track record of delivering transformative innovation at scale. Alan’s career encompasses building high-performing, people-focused teams, optimizing multi-billion-dollar operations, and implementing AI-powered automation that elevates performance and accelerates growth. Whether building innovative products, modernizing IT operations, enhancing developer experience, or launching next-generation AI platforms, Alan thrives at the intersection of innovation, execution, and measurable impact.

As General Counsel, Phoebe leads Magnit Global's global legal and compliance functions, providing strategic oversight and direction to the contracts, operational compliance, privacy and data protection, and contractor compliance services teams. Phoebe brings deep expertise as a labor and employment litigator, with a career built on navigating complex domestic and international compliance landscapes. She ensures the organization operates with integrity, mitigates risk, and remains agile in an evolving regulatory environment.

Rachel Moniz is Chief Human Resources Officer with over 25 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies on people strategy, talent acquisition, total rewards, and workforce management. She brings deep expertise in building and scaling HR organizations that support complex, global businesses and enable sustainable growth.

Rachel is known for aligning people strategy with business priorities and for leading organizations through change, transformation, and scale. Her background spans both enterprise HR leadership and commercial experience, giving her a well‑rounded perspective on supporting leaders, teams, and global workforces. She holds a B.A. from Santa Clara University and a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law.
