Magnit | February 14 2023

NelsonHall report identifies Magnit as a “Leader” in all segments, including Services Procurement/SOW, Technology Innovation, and Geographic Footprint & Scalability

BURLINGAME, Calif. (Feb. 14, 2023) – Magnit™, an Integrated Workforce Management (IWM) platform provider, announced that it was named a Leader in NelsonHall’s NEAT vendor evaluation for Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) and Managed Service Programs (MSP) for the second consecutive year. NelsonHall’s NEAT assessment ranked the performance of 13 vendors, providing strategic insights across a range of criteria to identify the best-performing providers.

“More than ever, companies are looking for various ways to be flexible and stay ahead of unpredictable economic and labor market fluctuations—and they need the right business partner to do so,” said Vidhya Srinivasan, CMO at Magnit. “Being recognized as a Leader by NelsonHall, one of the most authoritative voices in the space, for the second year in a row shows our deep commitment to exceeding client expectations through the continued growth and innovation of our services and technology.”

Magnit was recognized as a Leader in the NEAT report in the Services Procurement/SOW market segment, scoring highly for both its “ability to meet future client requirements” and its “ability to deliver immediate benefit.” In addition, Magnit was also identified as a Leader in the “Technology Innovation” and “Geographic Footprint & Scalability” categories. NelsonHall recognized Magnit for a number of strengths in the report, including:

  • Its vendor-neutral MSP expertise, which is based on over 30 years of operating in the contingent worker hiring space
  • Magnit Platform (a framework for optimizing contingent services, data and technology), which enables Magnit to meet clients’ unique program needs
  • MSP and SOW maturity models aligned to Magnit Platform, which guide clients in transforming their contingent workforce programs
  • Expanded and deep diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) offerings

“Magnit’s ambition to shape next-generation workforce management while growing its global footprint has been delivered through organic growth and acquisitions of MSP and VMS vendors and intelligent platform providers,” said Nikki Edwards, Principal Research Analyst at NelsonHall. “This has led to the launch of its new integrated workforce management platform offering modular and scalable new and enhanced services, software, and data and talent intelligence solutions underpinned by an optimized operating model. Furthermore, Magnit’s Services Procurement offering, with its maturity curve, enables organizations to add increasingly sophisticated services, technology and intelligence to optimize their suppliers.”

The NelsonHall CWS & MSP 2022 NEAT report assessed the vendors and categorized them into four ranking segments: Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators and Major Players. Vendors were assessed based on their “ability to deliver immediate benefit” as well as their “ability to meet client future requirements” by a combination of analyst assessment and client feedback interviews.
