Kathi is a Senior Vice President and Global Industry Analyst at The Josh Bersin Company, supporting clients and the market with evidence-based insights on all areas of HR, Learning, Talent, and HR Technology. Kathi has more than 20 years global experience from management consulting with IBM, PwC, and EY, and as a talent leader at McKesson and Kaiser Permanente. Most recently, Kathi led talent and workforce research at Deloitte. She is a frequent keynote speaker, author, and thought leader. Originally from Austria, Kathi has worked in Vienna, London, San Francisco, and Spain and now lives in Palo Alto, California. Her passion is to make work better and more meaningful. Kathi holds a doctoral degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Vienna, Austria.
Geoff Dubiski (Global TA Lead, Contingent Workforce Strategy & Planning, Intuitive Surgical)
Geoff leads Intuitive Surgical’ s global contingent workforce strategy and planning and joined the Global TA team with over 25 years of “gig economy” experience in both the staffing, MSP and RPO sectors as well as talent consulting on the future workforce at EY.
Most recently Geoff was the Chief Solutions Officer at Workforce Logic where he guided the client base through talent planning, legislative preparedness, contingent workforce sourcing, technology selection and integration as well as alignment of DE&I goals with their external staffing providers. He was the host of “The Deep End – Conversations in the Global Talent Pool” which allowed him to interview global thought leaders and practitioners on the changing landscape of talent attraction and retention. Geoff holds certifications from SIA as a CCWP and SHRM SCP and a Master’s Degree in Labor Studies from UMASS Amherst. He became intrigued in Human Resources as an Intern with the MA Commission Against Discrimination.

Julia is a senior research analyst for The Josh Bersin Company where she studies how businesses are transforming work for the future. Her current research areas include the extended workforce, employee listening and communication, and employee engagement. With an educational background in psychology and math, Julia has spent nearly 10 years working at technology companies—including HR tech enterprises—across various growth stages.
