It was after the so-called January Agreement - when the Swedish government appointed a committee to propose changes to labour law - that the social partners reached an agreement on these changes. The changes were known as the ”LAS reform” and later became law. Some of the changes included extended exceptions to the rules on job rotation and making full-time work the norm.
