Rebecca Perrault is the Vice President and Global Leader of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) at Magnit. In her role, she’s been responsible for launching Magnit’s diversity, equity and inclusion offering, Magnit DE&I, and developing leading DE&I practices and initiatives for the contingent workforce.
As a seasoned human capital consulting veteran, Perrault has spent the last decade focused on increasing DE&I within organizations. She has worked with numerous Fortune 1000 clients and non-profits to design data-driven DE&I strategies. Prior to her consulting work, Perrault was at Deloitte Consulting, where in several progressive roles she provided organization and talent advisory services to Fortune 500 companies.
- Laura Brady (Business Consultant, Strategic Advisory, Magnit)
Laura joined PRO Unlimited (now Magnit) in 2018 and is a Business Consultant for Magnit’s Strategic Advisory team. She has worked extensively on DE&I initiatives, from supporting development of the data collection process to creating business intelligence through interactive dashboards. Her experience with both DE&I and Business Intelligence has allowed her to collaborate on innovative new ways to use DEI data to inform our clients initiatives.
